Booking and Payment Policies

Appointments can be scheduled directly with your therapist via our website or by contacting them personally. Each therapist manages their own schedule, so please reach out to them for availability. Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise. Our therapists accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit, and digital payments (Venmo, PayPal, etc.). Check with your therapist regarding accepted payment methods during booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee to compensate the therapist for reserved time. Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full session rate. Payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your session, please communicate with your therapist to address your concerns.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. Any personal or medical information you share with us is kept strictly confidential and used only for providing the best care possible. Records are securely maintained and are only accessible to your therapist. We do not share your information with third parties unless legally required or with your explicit consent.

Health & Safety Standards

We are committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all clients. All equipment, linens, and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between sessions. Therapists follow hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe experience. If you’re experiencing any contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. This protects both clients and therapists and helps maintain a healthy environment. Our therapists adhere to health standards and will reschedule appointments if they are unwell, ensuring your safety.
