Our Structure
The Philly Home Massage Collective is a community of independent mobile massage therapists who come together to offer a cohesive, high-quality experience. Each therapist in the collective manages their own business, handling individual billing, client scheduling, and management directly. This approach allows therapists to retain their autonomy while benefiting from the support, resources, and shared values of the collective. By collaborating on best practices and promoting each other’s expertise, the collective ensures that clients receive a consistent, professional standard of care tailored to meet individual needs.
Meet the Founder
As the founder of the Philly Home Massage Collective, Erica brings a wealth of experience, vision, and dedication to the community. With over eight years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, she saw the potential for a collaborative, client-centered approach to mobile massage therapy. Her goal was to create a collective where independent therapists could maintain their autonomy while working together to elevate standards of care. Erica’s compassionate, holistic outlook and her commitment to professionalism and inclusivity guide the collective’s mission to make wellness accessible and meaningful for clients across Philadelphia and the suburbs.
